Direction Finding of Geospheric Disturbances by Laser Strainmeters DOI: 10.22184/1993-7296.FRos.2021.15.8.656.665
Two methods of direction finding of geosphere sources of oscillations and waves of infrasonic and low-frequency sound ranges by laser strainmeters are considered. The first method is based on the assumption that the recorded wave disturbances refer to surface waves of the Rayleigh type. In this case, a two- coordinate laser strainmeter is used, which consists of adjacent one- coordinate laser strainmeters with mutually perpendicular measuring arms. In the second case, the triangulation method is used. This method uses a minimum of three spatially separated laser strainmeters.

Photonics of Semiconductor Quantum Dots: Basic Aspects DOI: 10.22184/1993-7296.FRos.2021.15.8.622.641
The article provides a brief overview of the works devoted to the synthesis, study of photophysical and spectral properties and analysis of applications of semiconductor nanocrystals – quantum dots. The fundamental laws connecting the morphology of quantum dots with its optical-spectral characteristics are discussed, as well as some theoretical models that allow describing various effects and processes: the quantum-dimensional effect, electron-phonon interaction, local field effects, photoluminescence blinking of single quantum dots. The results of original experimental and theoretical studies of the temperature dependences of the spectra of colloidal quantum dots with a CdSe emitting core are presented, which made it possible to clarify the nature of the formation of the spectra of single quantum dots and their ensembles.

Bright Sonoluminescence of Metals from High Concentrated Aqueous CaCl2 and NaCl Solutions DOI: 10.22184/1993-7296.FRos.2021.15.8.666.673
Bright multibubble sonoluminescence was observed in high concentrated aqueous solutions of CaCl2 and NaCl under argon. The emission was visible to the naked eye. The photos of the luminous cavitation cloud of CaCl2 solutions presented for the first time. The observations and spectra show that the radiation of both the continuum of the emission and the Ca lines occurs in streamers away from an ultrasonic horn.

Optimization of Laser Radiation Parameters in the Surgical Treatment of Patients with Anorectal Pathology DOI: 10.22184/1993-7296.FRos.2021.15.8.676.686
The article presents a method for optimizing the parameters of laser radiation and a description of the developed computer program for patients with pathology of the anorectal area, as well as determines the criteria for choosing the levels of laser exposure. The practical results of the treatment of patients showed that the use of the developed method allowed reducing the level of exposure to laser radiation in 58% of patients. At the same time, 16 percent of patients had the exposure time increased, which resulted in carrying out a single surgery.
