Steels Structure and Properties Variations in the Process of Laser Hardening Gas and fiber laser emission induced structure variations, hardness extension, durability and strength of 30Г2, 45, 40Х, 65Г steels are investigated. It is shown that by high frequency scanning perpendicular to detail motion trajectory significantly upgrades hardened layers quality in comparison with fixed spread-out laser beam processing.
