This article proposes a methodological approach to enhancing the timeliness of assessing the capabilities of television reconnaissance systems through the application of up-to-date technologies, including neural networks. A combined methodology is introduced, integrating an algorithmic method developed in the previous stage, based on the object brightness coefficients, background specifications, and critical target sizes, with the modern computer technologies. Particular emphasis is placed on the integration of convolutional neural networks to automate image processing, improve recognition accuracy, and minimize subjective factors.
